Services: Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with a service provided, please contact us within 14 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. Products: Refunds for physical or digital products can be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Services: - Refunds may be issued if there is a failure to deliver the agreed-upon service. - Refunds may not be granted if the service has been substantially completed or if the dissatisfaction is due to factors outside of BumEagle Productions' control. Products: - Physical products must be returned in their original condition. - Digital products are eligible for refunds only if they have not been downloaded or accessed.

Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

If you received a defective or damaged product, you might be eligible for an exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product for further assistance.
